Now it may just be the third-trimester hormones talking - but how cute is this babe?! The Morris family welcomed little Savannah mid-August and I had the privilege to meet the little girl and capture the love the family is radiating.

Four years ago I met the most strange, crazy couple you could find. We all were dressed up, ready to attend the RMC winter ball. Just babies back then. Who knew, after all of those years that I would be flying cross-Canada to photograph their wedding in Summerland, BC. It's all a little bit mind-boggling, but also amazing.
Nicholas and Deborah had the most beautiful wedding held at La Punta Norte. Friends and family visited from all across Canada to celebrate these two. Even the BC smoke cleared off for a day and a half, just so that they could have pictures with a view of the cliffs on the other side of the water. I MEAN COME ON! How perfect is that. While travelling to the Okanagan Valley for a wedding, I got the opportunity to work with Matt and Mackenzie. It being the first time in the area for any of us, we explored and found a cute Japanese garden. Of course, we couldn't pass up those mountain views either.
This pair is an incredible mix of sarcasm and pure adoration. There's very little between the constant teasing or the impossibility of taking their eyes off of each other. This, this is what it's all about, folks. Chelsea and Cory, who currently are living their life in Calgary, flew home to the East Coast to celebrate their love and make their vows.
With friends and family from either sides of Canada joining them to celebrate their love, the room was full of excitement. Handmade touches and rose gold accents brought the whole day together. A stunning backdrop made by the bride's mother, beautiful bouquets and boutonnieres for the party, and the biggest smile on both the bride and groom's faces. The rain-threatening sky even held itself together just for these two. Of course, they had to bring a bit of Calgary with them - and what better way than to rock the dance floor with some line dancing and cowboy hats?! These two love to dance and party, and I can promise neither were in short supply (especially once the dance started) Venue & Portraits: Dalhousie University Club |
