Sara and David's wedding was the first Persian-Canadian wedding I have photographed - and I was stunned! The amount of small details that was put into every aspect of this wedding. From traditional dances, to decor that the family flew in, to the "money" with David's and Sara's face on it - there was just so much! Kudos to ANY one who had a part in all of this planning, it turned out beautifully!

This. was. the. coolest.
It wasn't so long ago that Steve reached out to me, planning a first trip to the East Coast with his girlfriend - but he wanted to make sure it was more memorable than just that. He informed me that he was planning on proposing at Peggy's Cove and was hoping I would be there for it - and OBVIOUSLY that was a no-brainer. With our full-proof plan of telling Skye that this was simply a typical couple shoot, to capture their first visit East, we set up early on the rocks (avoiding the crowds that would soon flood the rocks) and the rest is history. The cliffs that overlook the waters of Lawrencetown couldn't have provided a more perfect setting for Phil and Kirsten's engagement pictures. The air was warm and breeze light (an odd thing for this beautiful spot), colours vibrant and mosquitoes killer. We may have left with a thousand new bug bites, but take a look at why it was all worth it.
